Fumihiko started his career at JAFCO(TSE:8595) in 1999. After holding a position at a management consulting firm, Fumihiko joined Kakaku.com (TSE:2371), Japan's leading price comparison web business, in the company's pre-IPO days and led M&A and new business projects at the firm. Later Fumihiko managed startup investments in mainland China for CyberAgent Capital. Directly prior to Accord Ventures, he was in charge of investment operations at Digital Garage (TSE:4819) and lef such investments as Bengo4.com (TSE:6027) while running Japan's leading startup accelerator Open Network Lab. Fumihiko has a BSc from Waseda University, and an MBA from the National University of Singapore.

After graduating from Keio University, Tomoya worked for Japan’s largest telecom company, NTT East Corporation. Thereafter, Tomoya launched his own business and contributed to a series of new businesses as a consultant. He joined Ant Capital Partners in 2007 and was charged with directing its subsidiary, Lead Capital Management. With over 10 years of experience in the venture capital industry in Japan, Tomoya joined Accord Ventures as a General Partner in March of 2018. Tomoya is also an external director of LOCONDO, Inc (TSE 3558).

Takayuki began his carrier as a food engineer at Yakult, one of Japan’s largest beverage companies. There he developed 8 beverage products for over 4 years. Over the next 18 years, Takayuki established new businesses and companies across various industries including music, photography, legal, and finance in both Japan and abroad (including the US and UK). As the COO of Bengo4.com, Japan's leading legal-tech venture, Takayuki led the company's IPO in 2014 and established the current leading digital signature service "Cloud Sign" in 2015. Takayuki joined Accord Ventures as a Partner in 2017. Takayuki has an MBA from London Business School / The University of Hong Kong / Columbia Business School (Dean's List)

Yosuke began his career in Mitsubishi Corporation, one Japan's largest trading companies. He then joined the Kakaku.com in 2003 and was a board director from 2006 through 2013. In 2014, Yosuke was asked to helm the e-commerce site Minnano Wedding Co., Ltd as a CEO. He currently is CEO of Bengo4.com. Yosuke is a founding partner of Accord Ventures along with Mr. Ishimaru in 2015.
